Our secluded Dog Meadow is situated on the edge of the village of Magheralin. It is located between Moira and Lurgan, and only 30 minutes by car from Belfast.

With 6ft fencing, it offers dogs a safe and low distraction environment to explore, play and be trained. A cosy shelter with tea and coffee making equipment, a fridge and seating, is perfect for humans to escape any bad weather. A dog and boot washing station is available for those muddy days!

From the M1 / Moira:

From the Junction 9 Moira roundabout take the exit signposted Moira / Lurgan.
Travel through Moira for 2 miles until you come to the village of Magheralin.
In Magheralin, turn left onto New Forge Rd at Byrne’s Pub.
After around 0.5 miles the entrance to the site will be on your left. It is a shared drive with Newforge House. Continue straight to the end of the drive until you reach the parking area and entrance to The Dog Meadow.

From Lurgan:

Leaving Lurgan towards Moira on the Belfast Road travel through Dollingstown until Magheralin.
In Magheralin, turn right onto New Forge Rd at Byrne’s Pub.
After around 0.5 miles the entrance to the site will be on your left. It is a shared drive with Newforge House. Continue straight to the end of the drive until you reach the parking area and entrance to The Dog Meadow.
