The Dog Meadow is exclusively yours for 50 minutes from the time of booking. Bookings start on the hour and you must return to your car within the 50 minute session. This includes the time taken to enter the meadow and securely return all dogs to your vehicle.

Do not arrive earlier than 5 minutes before your start time.

Do not leave your car until all other users have returned to their car(s) to prevent any stress to nervous or reactive dogs.

If another user is late in leaving The Meadow please call 07902760421.

Do not exercise your dog outside the secure field area and keep your dog on the lead until you are within the boundary fencing with the gate closed.

Dogs must be supervised at all times.

Collect your dog waste using the bags provided and place it in the bins provided.

Drive slowly down the drive with consideration for other users.

Please ensure that your dog’s vaccinations and wormers are up to date.

If your dog, or any it lives with is showing ill health you must cancel the session.

Disclaimer

The Dog Meadow and its facilities are to be enjoyed, but this is entirely at the user’s own risk. The Dog Meadow will not take any responsibility for a dog escaping from the field. The owner is responsible for their dog at all times. No responsibility is taken by the owners of The Dog Meadow for any injury or loss incurred. Vehicles and contents are left at their owner’s risk.

Terms & Conditions

Cancelling or Changing a Booking

You may change or cancel a booking up to 24 hours before your planned session start time. To do this follow the links in your confirmation email.

If you arrive late, you cannot extend your session.

If you do not attend your session you will not be allowed to reschedule or receive a refund for your missed session.

Bookings may be changed to a different time up to 24 hours before the planned session start time.

Bookings cannot be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of the planned session start time.

Prices:

Monday – Friday

50-minute use of The Dog Meadow = £12 for up to two dogs.

£2 per additional dog up to a maximum of 8 dogs in total.

Saturdays and Sundays

50-minute use of The Dog Meadow = £15 for up to two dogs.

£2 per additional dog up to a maximum of 8 dogs in total.

Opening times and payment:

The Dog Meadow is open 7 days a week between the hours of 9am and dusk.

The Meadow will periodically close for maintenance.

All bookings must be made via the website and payment is required at the time of booking.

Parking:

Parking is available directly beside the entrance to the field.

Health and safety/ care of the site:

Please ensure that your dog’s vaccinations and wormers are up to date.

If your dog, or any it lives with is showing ill health you must cancel the session.

All dog waste must be collected, bagged, and placed in the bins provided.

Other litter may be left in the litter bins provided.

Please wear appropriate footwear as the ground may be wet and/or muddy at times.

Site Etiquette:

It is the owner’s responsibility to collect and bin their dog’s waste.

Anyone using aggressive or unpleasant behaviour towards their dogs, other users or Meadow operators, will be barred.

Your dog remains your responsibility at all times.

Do not allow your dog to dig.

Users of The Meadow must load their dog back into their vehicle and leave the meadow and parking area by the end time of their session.

Dogs must be kept in the owner’s vehicle until the previous users have loaded their dog into their vehicle.

Dogs must be kept on a lead when outside The Dog Meadow.
